Commission Term of Services

Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.

I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @ettochiiart.

Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

Payment

All prices are in USD

Payment is via PayPal only. An invoice will be sent by me.

Payment is split into two parts: Before starting (50% deposit) and before delivery (50% balance).

All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

The 50% deposit must be paid before I start working.

The final file will not be delivered until full balance payment is received.

Rush or queue-jump commissions are accepted with an additional fee.

There will be no refund if for any reasons you need to cancel your commission after payment.

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission.

Digital Art Process

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered.

Live2D Process

Both Live2D illustration and rigging service included if requested.

I can also recommend partner artists for a full illustration-to-model service if needed.

If illustration provided, please provide a fully layered PSD file. Layer separation service is available at an additional cost. The file must be the final version—major illustration changes during or after rigging are not recommended.

I am not responsible for the quality of the illustration. Minor flaws can be adjusted, but I cannot provide large-scale drawing fixes.

The rigger reserves the right to decline a commission request based on model quality issues (e.g. unnatural proportions, incorrect file format, major layer separation errors, etc.).

AI-generated illustrations are not accepted for Live2D rigging commissions.

The original working file (.cmo3) will not be provided. Purchasing the original file will be handled as a full buyout.

Reselling the commissioned work to third parties for profit is prohibited.

Recommended Facetrack software: Vtube Studio

Recommended Facetrack device: Highly recommend to use iOS!

If you are not familiar with VTube Studio / OBS, I can provide basic guidance, but full step-by-step training is not included. Please refer to tutorials on YouTube for detailed instructions.
